Support Desk UI needs to be updated

Currently, the Support Desk UI in-game indicates that players should use the "Report Cheating" option to report suspected third party program and "bot" activity by other players.

Game Masters are informing players that the Support Desk cannot handle issues related to bot activity and third party programs, and that players should be using the Special Task Force link on the Support Center websites instead.

Please update the Support Desk UI so the third party/bot language is removed from "Report Cheating".

In addition, please add a new "Report Bot Activity" option that will direct in-game reports to the Special Task Force instead of the Game Masters. Simple reports could be made this way. The website address could be included in the Report Bot Activity usage description for those players who have extensive detailed information to submit.

Would definitely be an improvement to the system

I think for most its currently rather convoluted and seems more designed to discourage reports on botting

Please do. I want to report the marketboard bots.

There obviously should be consequences for false reports so people in duty finder wont go "I report you" if they dont like someone.

I guess that is possible now too, but to lesser extent.

Also the report for RMT should be when targetting someone - bots dont usually use the chat after all..
