Missing Black Mage Soul Stone Days After Recieving It

Steps:
- Logged in at Vesper Bay and noticed that my Black Mage was now back to a Thaumaturge despite having completed the quest "Taking the Black" two days ago. This is my first time playing since two days ago.
- Discovered Soul Stone was missing from my character's equipment.
- Tried recommended gear button. Didn't work.
- Tried manually searching my inventory. Didn't find it.
- Tried to /isearch for the soul stone. Didn't find it.
- Checked journal for open job quests. Last job quest showing completed was "Lvl 30. Facing Your Demons". The next quest should be "Lvl 30. Taking The Black", which is a quest I completed 2 days ago.
- Went to Thaumaturge's guild to see if the job quest somehow reset. No quests available from Yayake, who usually initiates the quest.
-Went all along the quest route anyway to see if I missed an interaction or NPC. Did not find any part of the quest active.
-I believe my BLM Soul Stone glitched out.
