So I really like popcorn for the MSQ dungeons, but does anyone have a low salt substitute? I've tried gum but it just made me hungry, thristy and grumpy. What do yall do for the long cutscenes of the MSQ dungeons?

I recommend brewing and drinking green tea infused with camomile across all the cutscenes. Fits perfectly in Praetorium
I don't do MSQ dungeons. That being said, can't you get popcorn kernels and pop them yourself? Then you can decide the amount of salt yourself. It may take a few tries to learn how to pop them without burning them, but IMO it's well worth it.
In my country there's a variety of healthier snacks available. My current favorite is oat chips, and ones made of chickpeas are also pretty good. If your local coronavirus resctrictions allow, go to the nearest supermarket and check out the snacks shelves. Be adventurous and try new things!
Besides traditional snacks, I also like to snack on things like carrots, grapes and nuts. Some of them also work with a dip sauce.
I eat my popcorn plain... no butter or salt. I get all the salt I need from the MSQ dungeon runs...
You can oven-roast some pumpkin seeds and season them to your liking. Granola or trail mix is also a decently healthy alternative.
Haribo is a good substitute. Tasty, sweet and bonus is you don't have sticky or greasy fingers that soil the controller!
If you wanna get in the season, try Christmas biscuits and play the game long enough to forget about the crumbs soiling couch and carpet.
Hazelnut M&Ms.
Baileys or Conways is what i suggest you to drink
Tab out and do something else, play something else while cutscenes play. or just simply go afk.
