Loot exchange rules
Would like to point out that there is clearly something wrong with the support system for exchange.
I recently was in puppets bunker, accidentally greeded on a piece I didn't need, didn't know I could hit pass after it but okay deed was done.
I requested to a gm about a roll reset and taking back of said item in question.
The reply back was helpful but rediculous at the same time, There is 3 options for the exchange and the gm's have the power to fix these issues, one including the option to exchange back a bought item.
Contrary to that being a harmless mistake, why should the rest of us suffer that make mistakes of accidentally winning an item we didn't want in the first place, be left without an option in our circumstance. There is an option to exchange a bought item but not option to exchange an unwanted accident, exactly the same as aforementioned option but different scenario.
Hardly fair to say the least that you let the gm's have power to do that but not have the power to fix the issue that me and many others I'm sure have had.

If you do this you might as well have every event drop chests like savage.
The point you cant exchange is, you never had the requirement for the item you wanted as it prolly did not drop.
If you buy an item you have the currency and made a mistake, if you roll an entirely different item and win and then say "exchange please" ... why would they.
SE wants you to run the content over and over, so the duty is constantly filling and everyone can do it.
Sucks you lost your weekly item, but life and learn.

Best case scenario they could implement something like WoW's system, where you have 1-2 hours to freely trade the item you just won or return an item you just bought back to the vendor and get your spent currency back. For this to work however they would have to implement the option to trade those items to someone else in your duty and I'm not entirely sure that's possible with the spaghetti engine.
