Freezing

Not sure if useless to ask but worth a shot...

So currently raiding TEA, and discovered after a while some freezing issues. It started at high graphic areas like cascade, splashes etc, but has gradually just started happening at mostly random times.
When it freezes, I can move and cast but no procs appear (I play rdm), and when it resumes it 'rewinds' my actions as if I hadn't done them and catches back up.
I've checked the hardware and software of my computer, updated drivers and had my ISP do a full internet reset, but the problem still continues.
This doesn't happen only in TEA, but also dungeons (but less so) such as tam-tara.
Please help me its driving me crazy <3

Can you submit a Final Fantasy XIV system report? Simply go to the 'Config' option on the Final Fantasy XIV launcher and to the right of 'System Information' click on 'Display.'

Its not just you with the freezing/lockups/launcher issues/ etc

Is there any way to send the system report as a ticket?
