Remove cap make stats usefull for gathering please?

Se needs to remove cap on output gathering and perception-
where gathering at 175 your accuracy no mater where you hit is 75% and get's you near 90% on quarry - and if you have quarry at 114 you get 60% chance of success
where perception at 175 is around 70% or so
where output at 175 get's you around 15 hits or so

Where Mind over 250-300 increases the amount of item you get for example 3 is max atm--- make it so if your mind is at 300 you get 3 all the time or at least 90% of the hits and if you leave your mind at 230 you only get like 1-2 iron ore and chance to get 2 iron ore is 20% at 250 should be 50% 2iron ore and at 275 + you get 90% 2 iron ore and 25% of 3 iron ore ---

at least so there's a HUGE difference from wearing supper good HQ gear to wearing gimp gear---
where Vit increases your chances of activating a skill---- where vit increases chance of success on quarry

They have said they are going to overhaul gathering sometime in the future. Hopefully they will just blow away the entire system and start from scratch. I am getting a little bit tired of the old hat.
