BIS for BLU at 70

Assuming they dont change too much about stats or scaling for BLU, what out of the 70 end gear would be BIS for Blue Mage, going by what we currently have going on? Definitely got my tome gear ready, glamoured and dyed Royal Blue, but I am sure there will be better raid gear parts for some slots. Any ones you guys know will be a no brainer?
I know the min/max changes based on role with Aetherial Manipulation, but to be more specific, what would be best for the DPS stance?

It's likely going to be a mix of Augmented Scaevan and Alphascape (savage) gear.
Basically whichever have the most Crit/DHit for DPS, or SpS for Tank/Healing.

I put this together real quick, but BiS will probably look very similar. The only thing I could see changing would be if they give Whalaqee accessories like they did at level 60 that were really good.

Im sure they said there would be blu special gear yes... so lets see
