Level 20 Miner Quest (Grade 1 Carbonized Matter) Broken For My Alt

I picked up the level 20 Miner quest on my alt... and the Grade 1 Carbonized Matter isn't spawning. I exited the game, restarted the game, still wasn't spawning. Abandoned the quest, picked up the quest again, still not spawning. I submitted a bug report. Haven't heard back from anyone.

Make sure youre at the correct spot for the nodes to appear(if i remember right, it was around 15,10 in middle la nosca), and make sure you have a sledgehammer equipped in your secondary slot. The nodes arent harvestable(and thus dont appear) without it.
