Voice Overs Issue
Hey! Recently I've gained an issue without being able to hear the voice-overs during cut scenes. Sometimes I'll be able to hear a little bit of the voices, but they sound as if they are super far off in the distance and it's still incomprehensible.
I'm using the SteelSeries Arctis Pro Wireless headset. When I had first encountered the sound issue I made sure to update all drivers and the SteelSeries Engine, but it still didn't seem to fix the concern. I'm thinking it could be SteelSeries Engine related as they just released a new patch, but I'm not sure and am hoping someone here could give me direction on how to solve this problem.

To prevent repeating previously attempted troubleshooting, what have you tried to alleviate the problem? Does this issue happen when Final Fantasy XIV is the only program running?

Yes, I've gone through driver updates, testing different sound settings, disabling/enabling inputs and outputs, changing USB slots, and I noticed it's still only the voice-overs that sound faded. The rest of the sounds in-game work properly. As for out of the game, my other programs all work as they usually do, as well as my other games. I have friends I play with that let me know when there is a voice-over scene and I have been missing out ever since I started playing in Heavensward. I'm currently reinstalling the game on my SSD in hopes that it could fix the issue.

Update: Reinstalled game on another driver and still no luck with voice-overs being fixed.

Does this issue occur when another set of headphones are used? Additionally, does this issue occur when headphones are not used?
