Question about this housing technique

Greeting everyone,
I know most of the housing glitch techniques available up to date but I've never seen this one (link to a youtube video) and have no idea how this is done. How can he pull out stuff from storage and then INSTANTLY able to place it anywhere at any point in space like this? Can someone enlighten me how this is done? Can this really be done with mouse interface? Thanks so much.

that's actually a video of him removing everything in his house and play it back in reverse, you can see him icon is highlighted on store the item.

Not to mention all most all of his movement is backwards. You almost never see him move forwards.

It literally says in the video title that it is a dismantling of the house.
