Confused- need help (Custom Deliveries)

So I went to do my collectibles turn ins in idyllshire (custom deliveries), normally I don't have issue with this.
I craft what they ask for, turn it in. You can do up to 12. So I usually do 6 with Zhloe, and 6 with Adkiragh. Today I did 3 for each of those two. Then it said the quantity they needed was 0. Cool. Usually they give me the next one they want me to craft, or tell me I need to do a quest (they didn't this time, and i saw none nearby) before I can continue.
Yes, the class I'm working on is level 77. So I'm not sure the level is the issue. I tried swapping to a different one (level 71), still nada.
I tried going to M'naago in Rhalgr's Reach, she doesn't want anything either. FC mates told me, I should still be able to do it even though their satisfactory is maxed.
I'm confused, am I missing something?

To be clear- I know Adkiragh/M'Naago/Kuranei are all tied together; I know you can only do 2 people. I've only ever done 2. I just can't put 2+2 together as to why, I can only do half this week...

I think I figured it out....the quantity isn't what they want, it's what i have.... tldr dont do stuff half asleep

Yes, you figured it out. The remaining deliveries you can make is at the very top of the window. The quantity given in the item box in the custom delivery window is the number you have in your inventory.
