Issue with Pets not Following the Characters (Oct. 27)

Since Patch 5.35 Hot Fixes were implemented on Oct. 27, we have confirmed an issue which may cause pets to not follow characters when moving around the map.

Up to now, we have received multiple reports that this issue is occurring in the Bozjan Southern Front. We're investigating this issue as a top priority to confirm exactly where this problem occurs.

We would like to provide updates regarding the issue which may cause pets to not follow characters when moving around the map after the Patch 5.35 Hot Fixes implemented on Oct. 27.

After an investigation, we have confirmed this issue was only occurring in the Bozjan Southern Front under certain conditions. We are making this our top priority and addressing this issue right now.

The Hotfix was addressed to each Duty Worlds with no maintenance interruptions and completed at Oct. 28, 9:33 a.m. (PDT) / 16:33 (GMT) . We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. Please see below link for details.
