Home World Transfer

Hello,

I was a free trial however, now i bought game and a sub. However, when i was creating my character, i made a mistake and created it on a Japan Server (Yojimbo) and i would like to transfer to an NA server (Leviathan) but i get this message

from the mog station. i checked and the server is not congested, its standard and it has a green person on it. I even tried it late at night but still nothing, plz help, would love to go on adventures with my friends in the NA server:(.

Have you accessed the Leviathan's character selection screen as it tells you to do?

Also if you are on an entry subscription you can only have one character per server. If you made an alt to talk to your friends you may have to delete, or move it, or move up to a standard sub. I don't know if there is a special message for that situation.

If live chat support is available that may be the best option if nothing works.
