I know there are several resources where you input an item, and it will tell you what mats are required to craft it.

I'm looking for an index where I can input multiple mats, and it will pull up any valid crafts I could create out of the combination of materials selected.

Basically I have a bunch of stuff, and I would like to know what I could potentially make by mixing and matching said stuff.

Even if said resource didn't list or even mention any missing materials that I would require would be super useful.

They recently implemented a feature in game where if you interact(right click) with the item in your inventory one of the contextual options that pops up is to search for recipes using that item. I havent played around with it much, so i dont know how extensive and useful it is. If you want something outside of the game, check Garlond Tools. In the "data" tool, you can search for any crafting mat in the game, and itll list all the recipes its used in. For instance, i searched Gigantoad Skin. Its only used in toad leather. But then search toad leather, and youve got 51 recipes - any of which you can click on and see what other materials are required(and for most of them, where to get them). Might fit your needs.
