Bozja - Lost actions missing every time

I’m having this issue where my Lost Fair Trade and Lost Death are missing EVERY time. It just started happening, and I know this isn’t RNG because LFT should always hit for at least 50 potency, and prior to about 10 minutes ago both skills were hitting every time on the low health mobs in farming.

Edit; it seems all of my active lost actions were somehow wiped from the holster. I’ve lost them and they didn’t go back to the cache.

Edit edit: nvm, read tooltip again to find lost actions are CONSUMED on use of this. Oooooof

Fair Trade is a bit of meme anyways as it operates on a rather weak formula of 50 potency times action weight, which means at absolute best you'll get around 3500 potency out of a full pack of actions...which is significantly less then you'd gain from bringing one of the powerful cooldowns like Lost Slash or Font of Power/Mana.
