1. Enter the Bozjan Southern Front.
2. Use Essence of the Watcher. Equip and cast Banner of Honed Acuity.
3. Fight an enemy until Banner of Transcendent Finesse activates. (Expected Crit Rate: ~45%)
4. Fight enemies or training dummies for 3 minutes.
5. Observe that the critical hit rate is much closer to ~15% than the expected 45% value (~15% base + 30% Banner of Transcendent Finesse)
6. [Edit] Note that the 20% "haste" bonus from Banner of Transcendent Finesse works properly.

Test Case #2: Banner + others (70% instead of 100%)
