Community Finder Recruiter

Is there anyway to designate others in your FC to be a recruiter and create the FC page on the Community Finder? Being limited to just the FC lead is disappointing as our FC has a couple of brilliant officers that would love to be in charge of the recruitment.

I guess I will chime as I think the community finder is a neat tool. They need to add a time zone feature. It would be great to find an FC that can specifically point out the Core hours and the time zone that the core hours are in. It would be easier to find an FC with an active player base for the time zone you are in :)

Came here and made a forum account to try and find an answer for this. Our FC leader's first language is not English and she prefers to delegate stuff like this.

It seems to be the case that the FC leader can make the posting, as they will get the participation prizes in the moogle mail and tasked with handing them out or what not, sadly,
