Fates do not scale with number of player in instance in Bozjan

I am seeing these fates die in less than 30 seconds. HP Scaling is non-existent in this zone. You have to be in the right spot at the right time to even go to a fate in time.

This have to be a bug...

Also party contribution is bugged. Party doesn't give contribution, you have to do everything yourself to get gold. You must have changed how Fates and parties work fundamentally to have this happen. This is on purpose and makes this content even less enjoyable.

The drop rate of shards for the relic also seems to have a bug, I farmed every afternoon for 16 shards when the secondary stage for the relic with the fates is only 3:00 of farm to have the relic.
