Harrowed Memories of the Dying

Intending to never set foot in Bozja itself, I got 20 harrowed memories of the dying from doing FATEs in the Dravanian Hinterlands.

Zlatan absolutely refuses to acknowledge that I have them. And nothing in-game suggests where I could find the other two types of memories.

Help?

You probably need to do more FATEs on another area
