Live letter questions; avoiding spoilers

Hi there! I'm not caught up on the MSQ so I avoided the live letter due to spoilers and curious if someone could let me know if they've mentioned anything regarding promises they've spoken about in the past?

1.Egi glamours
2. Hrothgar hair options being separated from fantasias + more hair styles/ orange skin and fur colour (for tiger hrothgar)
3. How they're continuing to work on healer balance because they're still homogenized, and have bad dps tool kits.

Why would they soil anything in a live letter? The live letters exist to show off upcoming content and to answer generic questions about the game, they wouldnt select questions that would spoil any given story because they know people at all stages in the game will be watching.
