They responded swiftly on two tickets in the matter of approximately 30 minutes in the past month and had an actual conversation with me, despite catching me in duties on both instances. Wyndallus' conversations felt like I was speaking with a caring friend about what just occurred. This person is a definite shining example in the moderation team.
I definitely continue to get the same feeling. By comparison, all of my other recent GM communication (that is, not Wyndallus) has left me with a "meh" vibe; I feel as if I just get boilerplate "close enough" responses that sometimes crudely match what we're actually supposed to be "talking" about, much like interacting with an automated AI chat bot. Wyndallus, on the other hand, always greatly encourages me by giving me a feeling that they totally understand what the situation is and genuinely want the best resolution possible. If more GMs mirrored Wyndallus' behavior, we would all be far better off.
