Report system needs to be reworked

The report system in the current game is vastly inadequate. Concerning that reporting is only limited to two things (Harassment and Cheating) alongside the bureaucracy of filling out the report and for a new player, having to sift through many Question FAQs possibly to find out how to report correctly, it's strange that despite there's a myriad of things you can report and how lengthy you have to go, you can only report for these two topics, resulting in the system being vastly flawed, undeveloped and just, unintuitive to the players to use.

My suggestion is to follow a report system of RuneScape, where merely reporting someone is easy to do with a much broader selection of offences you can pick. If you want to go more in-depth, you have the option too elaborate on more details.

Considering the amount of issues that do not cover these two offences such as scalping of housing plots and the obvious RMT on the PF, it is high time for an overhaul to this out of date and very bad reporting system that feels ineffective.

I scalping actually against tos? I was under the impression that it was perfectly ok since it's innevitable that some FCs would close and the owners would like to make some gil back for the plot.

Scalping is against the ToS, as Yoshi-P himself said in an interview one time that charging an exuberant amount of gil above the price of the plot is grounds for reporting.

I really would welcome a quick report option for bots because it gets tiresome having to copypaste the same wall of text every time I want to report any of them.

Its even worse for PS4 players. The report function needs a major buff, like since PS3 was a thing.

When you right click the report button, it should just open a window and give you a list of offences that you can scroll through (like, maximum 7+ other for n/a).

Plus when you're reporting for rmt/botting, the system should just auto-blacklist (toggable), then delete the name off when the task force does its sweeping.

One thing that can help a lot, is auto-fill some information the client already knows. Date, time, server name, zone, as example, can be taken in the moment you file the report and if it needs any correction, you can do that by hand.

I especially believe that GMs and Mods need to have proper guidelines sorted for this game as well, especially when it comes to dealing with offence on 3rd party sites and the obvious RMT in all PFs on every server.
