I am stuck at Shadowbringer's Main quest: Open Arms, Closed Gates. When I activate the destination to view Eulmore, apparently a cutscene is supposed to occur, but I get an unending loading screen then after a long time it just stops loading and remains black. However, I can use my chat ui and such. How do I beat the story if this happens? I have restarted the game multiple times but it doesn't help.

Could that really be the issue? This is Bootcamp Windows 10 btw.

Does this issue happen if the game is run on the Mac without bootcamp?
