Mining Website

So Miners Continuum is almost complete. Front page and a level guide is still in design. I will be creating a page for screen shots and fan art as well. This is where i would like the communities help. I want all you Miners to take the best screen shots of you mining or posing in your mining gear. get some really good ones.. maybe of you right as your striking ore where the lighting effects are going off. Just some really cool shots. The best screen shot will get their Pic posted on the front page. And remember Miner Pics.. not Minor pics;)

It seems a little bloated, with all the loading going on. Would it be possible in the future to minimize the flash on the site?

Ill see what i can do about eliminating some of the unneeded java effects. How long is a page taking for you to load. a few seconds 10 seconds? If its a few seconds i will consider that acceptable.

I'd like this a lot more if it wasn't on flash.

I would have to agree, flash is nice and all but the whole site seems really slow and sluggish.

When I use these kind of sites I want quick responsive information.

eliminate a bunch of page transition flash.. should make it a bit faster. Some of the sluggishness is also cause by the current account i have. Once the site goes live im upgrading. Its limited right now to how many people can view it at once. Since i posted this many people are viewing it at once.

I like the site i don't care about loading times i learned some stuff i didn't know before. Gonna bookmark it.
