I keep seeing this be brought up, but we haven't heard anything about this since expac announcement right? Like is this still a thing even in concept? Any news around it? I've found one forum post from late Stormblood but that's it any info would be appreciated.

An update I suppose, from the looks of it they had on the drawing board pre 5.2 release so only a couple months difference I'm expecting something about it in this live letter, part 2 of the 5.4 LL or 5.5 LL

I also want to say that there was a comment they were tentatively planned for release as part of 5.4 in one of the 5.2 live letter interviews.
