I concur, that is definetely Flight by Masayoshi Soken (although it uses part of Final Fantasy by Nobuo Uematsu) - it's on the FFXIV ARR OST album (it's track number 112 on the album).
As far as I'm aware it is not available on the Orchestrion sadly I'm sorry. :(
