Hybrid Theory is looking for New and Veteran Players!

We are a social Free Company, but we have some end game goals in mind.
For Newer Players:
We want to assist where we can. We will help with leveling (via buffs or partying), help with dungeons (seriously, we love running dungeons!), or by helping new players get accustomed to the game. We offer a welcoming environment to newer players and we enjoy seeing new members grow with us.
For Veteran Players:
We are looking to tackle Savage content! We are not a day 1 progression FC, but we do have enough people geared and ready to start tackling end game activities. You don't need any experience in raiding to join, but for those that do have some, we welcome your knowledge and skill with open arms!
What Makes Hybrid Theory Different?
We aim to create a fun and welcoming environment for all of our members. We value quality over quantity, so we make sure that each and every recruit gets play time in with us before we just accept them into the Free Company. We do this so that we can learn about each potential new member and to get an idea of your personality and play style. We have a great culture, so we make sure that each new member is going to fit in with that culture. This has allowed us to create a warm and welcoming community that values helping one another out. We not only participate in FFXIV events and activities, but we also offer experiences outside of the game: Movie, Anime, and Game Night are things we do as a community frequently to help keep our community close. What is Hybrid Theory Looking For?
Friendly, active, and mature members of all skill levels. We require you to be 18 years of age or older, use Discord, have a microphone, and that you are based out of North America.

We are active during the week and even more active during the weekend. We are normally online around 7pm EST on weekdays and times vary for the weekend. We use Discord a lot, so you will usually see us chatting in there even if we are not in game.
