Issue with New "Saint of the Firmament" Title

I recently acquired the Saint of the Firmament title from the "Phase III Divine Ascension" achievement. I do not have the same title from the Phase II Ishgard rankings.

I have macros to switch between all of my classes, and within each of these macros is a line that changes my character's title depending on which class I'm on. I've never had any issues other titles, but it now gives me the "unable to use that title" error when I try to apply the Saint of the Firmament title.

For your reference, here is relevant line in the macro I'm using:

/title set "Saint of the Firmament"

My guess is that it is trying to apply the exact same title from Phase II (which, as I stated above, I do not have). However, I am not sure how to specify in the macro to use the Phase III title (or if you even can). My guess is that this may be an issue that needs to be fixed on SE's end.

If anyone has a solution to this issue, I would appreciate it if you would let me know. Otherwise, if this truly is an issue with the programming of the game, it would be great if SE could fix this because otherwise I'm never going to even use this title because I'd have to manually switch into it every time.
