Based off the timeframe between previous major patches and the x.05 patch, I would put it at next week. Usually it's 6-7 weeks and 5.3 launched August 10

Well, it's Friday and no maintenance announcement so it's not next week.
The next live letter was just announced for 9 October (5.4 preview), so the only logical guess would be 6 Oct for patch 5.35...which is the same day as the WoW pre-patch (sigh). -
