Hey guys I'm trying to play on Kujata with my mate but every time he tries to connect to Elemental he gets Error 2002. He only is getting error 2002 on the Japanese servers, not on the North american servers. This problem only started showing up recently as earlier today (we're from Australia) and the past few days we were playing on Kujata with no problems. Does anyone know a way to fix this?

We had literally zero issues just a few hours ago now i'm reading stuff like you need to reset your IP address, what even is this??????
A friend of mine tried to connect with an old router and she got a new one (free - Comcast) and it worked fine. How old is your friend's router?
I got that the other day but it only happened once. I could log in the next time without any crashes.
The game has been running quite slow in busy areas though. I've had to wait several seconds for shop NPCs to appear in Limsa or Eulmore.
