Area and coordinates: Eureka Hydatos ( 19.8 , 13.3 )

Steps:
1. Do NOT do the quest to obtain an additional magicite in the previous "Eureka" zone

2. Collect "Molechs Horn", "Golemars Horn" & "Ceto's Claw"

3. Hand in items to Expedition Engineer in Eureka Hydatos

4. He replies, quote: "'Tis done! I present to you your magia board, along with a seventh magicite, which you may now affix to it if you so desire."

5. Only actually receive your 6th magicite.
