Hello. I was just thinking about achievements and since i saw you can still gather artisanal grade 2 mats, is there any way how to catch artisanal grade 2 fishes in phase 3 ? I havent tried much, but far as i see you can catch only grade 3 fishes, so it looks like you need specific weather or not sure - more like new bait, but there arent any... I wasnt able to hit 300 fishes in last phase and im just now lost in thoughts XD if any have some idea o/
/well there might be an option after full restoration but i just dont like when SE cant say these minor details/

They added new fishing holes that have the old grade 2 artisanal fish in them. Not sure where they at since I been too busy ranking, but they're out there for people who still need Nest achievements.

They added two new fishing holes :
Windbreaker cloud top : X27 Y6 (around northeast island)
- Has all the old mooched fish as well as the flare/dust weather fish

Buffeted cloud top : x35 Y18 (around eastern island south of levin rock)
- has all the direct catch fish as well as the tempest/levin weather fish.

they are both rather limited pools (scorpion/whitelooms and then the above associated fish). Buffeted is the quicker choice since you can double hook/identical cast/double hook quite reliably.

Same bait and tugs as phase 2.

Is this information accurate? I almost exclusively end up with whitelooms which is really infuriating. Every mooch ends ups a whiteloom and every straight hook ends up a whiteloom as well. I've yet to get any of the weather fish as well.

2339/1843/880 w/ food.

I tried following the guide here https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets...gid=1044926397 by using only red diadem baloons but that wasn't working. I also tried using the lures that used to be required for the weather fish and that didn't work either. All I got was whiteloom.

I followed this strategy:

7-10s ! = hook/precis hook -> mooch/mooch II -> hook if ! or !! over 12 seconds. Ignore any II thats 7-12s (whitelooms)

Problem is all I get are II's that are 7-12 seconds. I've very rarely gotten gobbie mask, Rhom's and Skyfish but every weather yields nothing for me.

What am I doing wrong? I'm a fishing noob and I hate it :(

The info I posted is correct, but I didn't bother to post bait. Unfortunately the spreadsheet you posted has a few errors with it(bait/mooch for phase 2 stuff is wrong). I did find that going for the mooch fish on windbreaker wasn't nearly as efficient as going for the straight catches on buffeted (it is super obvious when you get an artisanal fish).
But to clarify:

- Phase 2 Weather fish are straight catches with specific bait, not mooched. Windbreaker (Flare =Balloon, Dust = Red Balloon) Buffeted (levin = Hover, tempest = Crane) don't know if that is different with lures.
- Normal Windbreaker is all mooch, one ! set, and one !! set. I don't have advice here since I found the rates garbage compared to before, and besides quantity > quality now.
- Normal Buffeted is all straight catch, Hover -> 15sec ->! , crane ->15 sec -> !!

Buffeted strategy was, using either hover/crane
15+sec -> double hook -> Cordial? -> identical cast -> Cordial?/wait for 400gp > cast > double hook
You should get 6 fish

Thank you, the strategy for sky fish is pretty nice! I'll try swapping my bait next time I go in for weathers. Do you know if the weather fish are !!! or still !! ?

Weather fish are !!! still, and I don't believe they can double hooked.

I got my first grade 2 weather fish! I only got 1 !!! hook during the whole weather but it gave me "oh they DO exist!" feeling lol
