Missing polygons on ponytail for miqote only

Steps:
1. Look at the hair from the provided angles. The ponytail displays properly when viewed from the back and sides, but when the inside of the ponytail is visible, sections of hair are invisible. This only shows on miqote, all other races appear normal.

Screenshots taken on PS4 Pro, however this is visible on pc as well, on both my pc and friends pcs.
