Flipping a vertical hotbar?

Is there a way to set up a vertical hotbar so that the numbers are flipped? I noticed that when I tried vertical hotbars the topmost row ended up being 1 2 3 instead of the bottom most row when I needed it the opposite way.

You can set hotkeys for specific bar slots in the keybind window. And you cna use any keybind you want for any available slot. So, if you made hotbar 3 vertical, for example, you could set it so that ctrl+1 was bar 3 slot 12; ctrl+2 was bar 3 slot 11, etc. Its in the hotbars section of keybinds.

If you're wondering why this is coming up, I found out that when you get in a vehicle it places the abilities based on what the original slots were. So even though I've rebound the keys, the abilities appear in incredibly inconvenient places. Kind of hoping they do something to make this a bit easier to deal with.
