... to visit your website evertime i log in SE, it's annoying to have to disable that message everytime, especially if you play on PS4

what message asking to visit the site? I don't ever see one.

Probably the Lodestone box, which can be permanently disabled.

Options button > character configuration > UI Settings > Playguide, make sure both boxes are unticked and it won't bother you again when you log in.

Pretty sure it's not to ask you to visit...but to show the LEGITIMATE web address since there are still people falling for that click bait one about not allowing something at the time due to whatever....then phishing your information, logging into your account, and stealing your gil/spreading the word of the phishing site.
