Quest chains with neat rewards?

Recently learned of and am working on the scholastic questline for the emote and glamour that gives.
Also found out about the Delivery Moogle questline with its assortment of stuff as well.
Have previously done all the Hildibrand lines.

What other such questlines with minions, emotes, glamours, ect rewards should I look at?

Custom deliveries for Ehli Tou will give you a quick quest for a mount at the end.

Not sure if this counts, but beast tribes all all have mounts and minions. They also unlock the allied beast tribes quests which usually gives something neat.

there is the scholasticate quests which is unlocked doing the HW hildibrand get couple rewards there

What I used to do was looking at sites like https://ffxivcollect.com/ to see which minions I was missing and where I could get them. So I found out easily about the questchains giving them to me.

There are many to be had! I wish they had more to be honest. There's even one quest line that does absolutely nothing but troll players!

I highly recommend doing them all. I am almost done with every quest in the game too but doing them won't give you an achievement. But certain things will unlock mounts, emotes, minions, trials, a glowing kettle weapon etc...

Finished the Scholastic line and got started on the Moogle Deliveries. I already like the new class spoof at the beginning of it.
