So i'v compleated all of Shadowbringers done all the return to ivalice raids and for some reason Kieten Does not have the relic Quest showing and yes i am level 80 i'v tried looking on google for inf why the relic ain't showing but cant find nothing so i thought i'll try here.
Good question. Should have just needed to clear the initial SHB main story and have done the 3 Ivalice raids (assuming you have green checks for those duties). I don't know if you need the 3 50 level raids now but I suspect you've done those. They are required for a certain part of the msq now.
Maybe you need to file a bug report.
Have you definitely finished off the Ivalice quests after beating the third raid?
(Not counting the Dramaturge's runabout quests afterwards - those are optional.)
