Palace of the Dead corrupt save

My party got to floor 100 with no wipes.

The save file for 2 of the party state they are on floor 101 with no party wipes, mine states 91 with 1 party wipe.

Due to this we are unable to proceed. Is there anything that can be done? Clearly we did not wipe or their files would also reflect it. I also received the achievement at the same time as the other 2 members of the party.
