Specifying more job-specific hotbars

I noticed when switching jobs that only the first 3 hotbars switch over, change buttons, etc. Is it possible to indicate more hotbars as job specific?

Yes. In the UI settings there's a setting to change each hotbar to be shared or not.

Character Configuration (K) --> Hotbar Settings (on left) --> Sharing (along top)
