Some minor additions to some cosmetic accessories and settings.

I thought it would be nice if when you use the parasol cosmetic item, instead of your character only being allowed to hold it straight up, that there could be an option to let the parasol rest on your soldier in a more laid back sort of manor. Another thing that I think would be a good change is instead of the HUD having a set amount of size variations you can choose from, the HUD would instead have an added slider and percent editor to get more specific and refined sizes for people who are unable to play the game at 1920x1080 and not have the HUD be either way too big or way too small.
