Unable to pick up next quest from Ronitt for Dwarves Beast Tribe

Steps:
1. After completing my 3 repeatable quests for the day, I turned them in to their respective NPC and reached the 1320/1320 reputation needed to progress the quest line from stage 6. Honored to stage 7.
2. I went to Ronitt, which is where the map said the quest "Lv. 70 Chief Concerns" was waiting for me to pick up, but it wasn't showing up as an available quest above the NPC's head.
3. I then proceeded to do a variety of troubleshooting on my own, which included: Logging out to the Character Screen and then back in to the same location. Exiting the game entirely and reloading it back up and then logging back into the same location. Teleporting out of the zone, and then back to it. Changing instances of the same zone. Checking my quest log to ensure I didn't have any left over daily quests in my log. Switching to every crafting class and seeing if the quest showed up for any one of them.
4. After all of the previous efforts didn't show any signs of allowing me to progress, I assumed I'd have to wait for reset to see if turning another daily quest in would give me a prompt from Ronitt, so I waited a day. I did the daily quest the following day, today on 8/30/2020, but the quest still hasn't shown up above Ronitt's head.
