Level Sync Option

I am not sure where else to put this or if a better place exists let me know any ideas to add to this would also be appreciated as well

This has been on my mind for a while now but when you are playing with low level players their combat exp gets nullified if you are too high level above them (ie. 70+ helping a level 1-40 player) regardless if you are a mentor or not.

Now you might say "Just jump on a lower level class" to that I respond by saying what about the people who have all classes maxed out how are we supposed to do that?

So I would like to suggest a feature to be introduced to the game to allow us to level sync freely so there would be a slider as there are various leveled enemies in the same area for example central shroud has level 10's and level 30's in the same open area.
