Heavensward Singularity Reactor Main Scenario; no credit.

So I did the duty finder where you confront Thordan VII in the Singularity Reactor and successfully finished it but I didn't get credit for it so I did it again and still no credit. Is this a bug or am I missing something? I can't continue the main scenario quests until I get credit for this on. The quest itself is named Heavensward.

Are you able to talk with Aliphinaud inside Fortemps manor? Did you do the Aetherichemical Research Factory part of the quest first?

I figured it out. When I did the Aetherichemical Research Factory, at the end I got a message saying I received tombstones reward and I figured that was the end of that then we were all auto taken to another room to fight a boss. I assumed the final room was the Singularity Reactor but it wasn't. I found the Singularity Reactor in my Duty Finder and completed it and all is good now.
