Speed up Grand Company Progress?

I've been running a new character through the refreshed ARR and have noticed that progress generally feels much quicker than it used to (or at least than I remember it going).

The one thing that doesn't seem to be any faster, though, is ranking up with your Grand Company, specifically having to collect the Seals to buy your promotions. Grand Companies are already relegated mostly to complete side content but the new speedy progression elsewhere ends up feeling like my character is progressing faster than the features the GC provides such that I'm unlocking access to things after they would have already potentially been useful.

Is anyone else finding this to be the case?

An easy fix to me would be to add GC Seals as part of the quest reward for some of the MSQ.

I thought ARR wasn't getting refreshed till 4.35?

Anyways OT: Progessing through GC when you're not on end game is a pain. You don't really have too much gear to turn in and fates reward some but you're better off focusing on MSQ and doing dungeons. You could try GC leaves though.

Was going to say I never feel like I have problems but then I'm also always leveling crafting and gathering so I get a lot of seals from Supply and Provisioning Missions. Someone who doesn't probably would find it more difficult.

I don't see them adding seals as reward to more MSQ quests because it takes away incentive to be doing the other content that already reward them.

Leveling and Guildhest roulettes, FATEs, GC leves, GC Hunting Log plus the Supply and Provisioning Missions I mentioned above all give GC seals. Once Sgt Second Class is reached, Expert Delivery is unlocked and players should have little trouble getting seals after that.

What do you feel you unlocked only after it was no longer useful? A lot of the usefulness is geared toward leveling alt jobs, not your main job that has the MSQ to rely on. The gear is more for cosplay/glamour since there are better ways to get gear.

Let us start expert turn-ins at a lower rank. It's not much, but it'd help.

I've done it on alts a few times and personally feel that it's fine. Once the first hunting log is done it can feel like there's a bit of a block before you can unlock the next stage of it or expert deliveries, but doing a bunch of GC leves hardly takes any time at all and the rewards add up pretty quickly on top of FATEs and levelling/guildhest roulette, and supply missions if you so choose.

I think the slowest part of ranking up is the squadrons stuff.
If they just made them level faster it'd go a long way.

I have a few alt characters i am leveling up. I dont think GC progress is to slow. I seem to get seals pretty quickly. But they are a tank and a healer so with adventure in need bouns, I get a decent number of seals.
