There need to be outdoor balconies on FC rooms and Apartments, so that way players can place any outdoor items they obtain. I do have my own house so I can place these kinds of items, but I just think it would be nice for people who can't afford a house or get a plot, so they can place outdoor items as well.

Just because it looks like the outdoors doesn't mean that code-wise it operates like the outdoor areas do.
