Hi, my friend is trying to get into the game, and has downloaded the free trial. However, she keeps getting error 2002 whenever she tries to connect to the game. PC user
Things we have tried:
Allowing through firewall
Turning firewall off
Restarting computer
Restarting router
Reinstalling game
Tried to connect to a different data center, but the error prevents that
Sent a ticket - no reply.
We have tried everything and still no fix.

Are they connected directly to the router? Additionally could they try the following:
Check the following Port Ranges on your router/modem to ensure that they have been opened:
▼TCP
54992 through 54994,
55006 through 55007,
55021 through 55040
Your ISP can open these ports for you.

Yes they are connected directly to the router. Ports should be open too.

Were any updates or changes made to the network settings? Additionally, have they tried contacting their internet service provider?

No changes have been made to the network, however, they have not contacted their ISP.

They may want to contact their ISP as they can probably give more insight on the issue? Additionally, was the game allowed through the fire wall?
