dev1358 - Illogical materia placement

Added a new materia for block rate, but, it goes on the hands slot. Why? Shouldnt it go on shields, which are the only items that have block rate on them?

Sentinel hands have block rate on them

edit: and gallant boots but those are awful.

So you don't hold your shield with your hands? What do you use? nvm don't answer that.

Actually, I thought that was an excellent place for block rate. Shield materia could use some love though.

Hey why not put block materia in the head slot just like they do in the UFC!

One would expect that for stats like this, that primarily come from a specific slot, the materia that benefits that stat would go on that kind of item. This aside from the fact that there are too many different materia that go on the hands and not many that fit on a lot of other armor slots.

Dunno if you knew this but in real life you can also block with your hands, sword, lance (well pole/staff), kinda with an axe but its not easy, & with a bow (altho it gets damaged badly) so it makes sence.
