Item Restoration

Experience has been frustrating. I submitted a request to have a weapon restored the same day I accidentally desynthed it. The response back was a generic 'we were unable to do so because of...' then lists four possible reasons why the item couldnt be restored. The item in question is literally the glamour I have on my Dancer right now. I asked to speak to a GM, the response, which I'm pretty sure is automated, I received was to provide feedback on the forums. So, if you ever need an item restored, just expect to be disappointed.
