imperial assault and future live events question

Hi,

I wanted to ask the devs, if they plan to change the level requirements for the live events?

As it is now, there is an imperial assault nearby a lvl1 camp. However the assault is carried out by high level imperials. Nothing wrong with that saves us time to get there right?

And thus ... can it be so the imperial you attack has the same level as the player who is attacking him?

Low level players want to join in on the fun, but are unable to because of a massive lvl difference. Also it doesnt really make sense, from a gaming pov, to put such high levels near a beginners camp, with a npc shouting for help.

I seem to be missing something with this whole event. Every time theres an attack i get a msg saying invalid target and i can't attack it anyway. I pretty much just walk by now but i agree. Its the same problem that happens in alot of events like this. If its not max level the high level folks kill off all the low level ones before the low level folks can take a swing.

Maybe they could use the i9nstancing system they have and tune it for level gaps. When you arrive it assigns your level to a level appropriate version of the attack.

In order to participate you must be among the first 30 people to accept the duty offered by the NPC that pops, named "Militia Outrider".

I find it kind of odd that they would send their best soldiers to make an assault on a city would be level 1-10. At the same time they attack in waves and the less levels you have the less skills you have to survive.

At the same time I don't think they can just be whichever level. Not sure the server is structured to do that.

These live events are for the people that are playing before 2.0 and, by extension, have been playing a while and sticking it out. Most people playing right now have pretty much every class max level. The earlier imperial assaults were lower level mobs, but now things are heating up so it makes sense they are harder as time goes on. I'm glad these are higher level now.

tl;dr don't change a thing

Maybe there should be some sort of mechanic adjustment which refers to the player lvl involved. That way, everyone might enjoy it. Of course, the harder the difficulty, the better the rewards. Similar like how player can set difficulty on leves.

That's just me tho. :)
