new mount dont received

what happen with mogstation? I bought it more than an hour ago and I have not received it. I have an empty email and I have logged out several times

The system is overloaded trying to process the number of purchases made this morning. It took 3 hours before mine was delivered.

Just be patient, it will arrive.

Mounts can take several hours to deliver, especially if there in high demand. I wanted three hours once for I think Red Hare. It'll eventually come.

To add, items that are Account Wide do take much longer to arrive than character specific items.

Mounts purchased on the Store take longer then everything else to arrive to your mailbox, from experience. Account-wides take even longer. I remember the whale taking a few hours when I got it.

Yeah, they have to carry those diskettes to your server and copy the mount data to each of your characters:)

You sent too much money, they need to count it. Wait a bit.

You can always use the button for reward/purchase request. It might make it show up sooner, but not always guaranteed due to server load getting the purchases out.
